Please join us on Saturday, March 13th for the most fun you will ever have at a 5K. Your morning will consist of a 3.1 mile run (or walk) followed by the BIGGEST ALL DAY St. Patrick's Day party you will ever see. (Sponsored by Flannagan'sand WNCI Radio) This is a 21 and older race so a photo ID is required for admission into Flannagan's. Irish heritage not required but wear green anyway! There's even a free pre-race breakfast begnning at 7am.

WHEN: Saturday, March 13th, 2010 9:00am Pre-race breakfast starts at 7:00am.

WHERE: Flannagan'S Bar located off of the 270 outerbelt at Sawmill and Snouffer Rd.

PARKING-IMPORTANT
Parking will be limited to designated areas so be careful and "choose wisely".

ABOUT THE COURSE
The 3.1 mile course will start and finish next to Flannagan's through local neighborhoods.

SWAG BAGS
All participants will receive a goody bag consisting of a great looking LONG SLEEVE technical shirt, EAS nutritional product, race number and pre-race breakfast! Includes all day pass to the WNCI Flannagan's party!

AWARDS
The first 150 men and 150 women in each event will receive a special beverage mug to recognize your accomplishment...... The top 3 OVERALL (men/women) receive plaques. NO AGE GROUP TIMING but all finisher times will be recorded and posted on our site.

RACE RESULTS
All finish times will be posted on-line following the race at www.ultrafit-usa.com.
